strategically located in Orlando, Florida and
Lansing Michigan in State of the Art Data Centers
providing the highest level of Security, Redundancy,
Fiber Connections, and Tier 1 Network Providers.
Data Centers Include, but are not limited to:
Category 4 storm resistant, Humidity Controlled,
buildings. 24/7 On Site Technical Staff.
Multiple Diesel Backup Generators, 24/7 Security
Staff and Cameras, Multiple Tier 1 Connectivity and
Bandwidth providers, and 24/7 Server Monitoring.

Levels of Server Monitoring - All of our Servers
are Monitored 24/7 by 3 levels of Monitoring
Systems. The First system being monitored at
the Data Centers by the In House Technical Staff
ensures the servers accessibility. The 2nd
Monitoring System is Monitored by Our Technical
Staff. This system allows us to monitor the servers
loads, processes, and several of the Individual
services such as SMTP Mail Service, MySql Services,
Named Services, etc. This Monitoring System is
housed in a 3rd Data Center located in Atlanta
Georgia. This allows us to monitor Our entire
Network from a separate, unrelated Location.
The 3rd Monitoring System is a simple httpd
monitoring on all of Our Servers, and Customer VPS's.
While this system is a simple system and Redundant
of the other Monitoring Systems it checks all
servers in 1 minute intervals and notifies our
staff and management by email, sms (text), and
telephone of any issues. |
